Meet The Team

Jon-Paul – Managing Director

Jon-Paul has been part owner and operator of Heritage Estates since its creation in 2010 with the purchase of Kelham House, adding Cockliffe House in 2014. With a strong family history in hospitality, and a background in small and large business management he has worked tirelessly with his wife/co-owner to establish a market leading & proudly independent collection of wedding & event venues. The post COVID lockdown business plan has seen the venues soar in popularity & success and with a continued focus on development, improvement and customer delight there is an ever growing to-do list that keeps Jon-Paul nice and busy.

Joanne – General Manager, Cockliffe House

Having worked as a senior manager in the hospitality sector for the last 20 years, Joanne has found the perfect workplace. Managing a wedding business is something that she finds thoroughly enjoyable and loves the happiness that as a team they bring to couples who celebrate their day at Cockliffe. In her spare time, Joanne loves to sing and perform in Opera performances in and around Nottinghamshire. Her favourite part of working in the wedding industry is the raw emotion that is felt on a wedding day and the happiness that comes with it, and the free cake of course! ‘My one piece of advice to couples planning their day would be to soak up every second of the ceremony – it goes so fast!’

Claire – General Manager, Kelham House

With over 10 years’ experience in the Wedding industry and 20 years in customer service roles, Claire is driven to ensure the team provide a high level of service to meet guest expectations. Always with a smile on her face she says she loves creating a vibrant and energetic work atmosphere which motivates all the team (she admits she may sometimes use cake for this!)
